Dean: Superdelegates not bound (SeaT)

Howard Dean spelled out the DNC rules for the superdelegates that will decide who the Democratic nominee will be for the 2008 election. Some pundits say that the superdelegates should vote with whichever candidate recieves the most popular votes, Dean makes it clear that the rules state that there are no rules.
