McCain Softens Tone, Emphasizes Diplomacy(WSJ)

Republican nominee John McCain, in a speech on Wednesday emphasized diplomacy above force when it comes to U.S. foreign affairs. Which is ironic being that he is the clear cut 'pro war' nominee for the 2008 presidential race.
