McCain won't rule out pre-emptive war (msnbc.com)

In a town hall style meeting (open forum) in Westport, Conn John McCain wouldn't rule out the possibility of yet another pre-emptive war. That would be in addition to the war in Afganistan and Iraq. He went on to say that he would consult with top members of congress before he acted, noting the difference between president Bush and himself.
